Privacy Policy.

How Casixno collects, uses, and protects personal data of operators evaluating and running the platform.

Last updated

Casixno operates the casixno.com marketing site and the operator console at console.casixno.com. This policy describes what data we collect when you interact with these surfaces and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Account information you provide during signup — name, email, operator handle, and optional profile details.
  • Technical information collected automatically — IP address, browser type, operating system, timestamps, and pages viewed.
  • Communications you initiate — support emails, sales-call notes, and chat transcripts.
  • Wallet-connection metadata — public wallet addresses you choose to connect. Casixno never holds private keys.

How we use it

  • Provision and operate your operator account, including authentication, billing, and console access.
  • Communicate with you about service updates, security issues, and product changes.
  • Improve the platform through usage analytics, error monitoring, and feature research.
  • Meet legal and compliance obligations in the jurisdictions where we operate.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not share operator data with advertisers.
  • We do not log or store player wallet private keys — those remain with the player at all times.

Subprocessors

Casixno uses a small set of subprocessors for hosting, email delivery, analytics, and payments. A current list is available on request from privacy@casixno.com. Material changes are announced in advance via in-product notice or email.

Retention

Operator account data is retained for the active life of the account and for a reasonable period afterwards to satisfy audit, dispute, and tax obligations. Marketing-site analytics data is aggregated and anonymised after 90 days.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data by emailing privacy@casixno.com. EU and UK residents have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR, including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Security

Casixno uses industry-standard controls — TLS in transit, encryption at rest, principle-of-least-privilege access, and regular security review. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage operators to enable all available account-level protections.

Changes to this policy

Material changes are announced 30 days in advance via email to the account contact. Non-material changes are published with a revised last updated date.
