Terms of Service.

By accessing casixno.com, console.casixno.com, or any related Casixno service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Eligibility

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Operators must additionally hold any licenses, registrations, or approvals required to operate an online gaming business in the markets they serve.

Operator responsibilities

• Compliance with all applicable laws — gambling, anti-money-laundering, consumer protection, advertising, and data protection.
• Licensing and jurisdictional fitness — Casixno is infrastructure, not a licensed operator.
• Player support, dispute resolution, and responsible-gambling tooling for the brands you launch.
• Truthful representation of Casixno in operator-controlled marketing — no claims we do not stand behind.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Casixno to facilitate fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, intellectual-property infringement, or any activity unlawful in the markets you operate in. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach.

Fees and revenue share

Setup fees, monthly platform fees, and NGR share are published on /pricing and apply to the tier you select. Fees may change with 30 days' written notice. Changes do not apply retroactively to volume already accrued in the current billing period.

Intellectual property

Casixno retains all rights to the platform, source code, and brand. You retain all rights to your operator brand and player data. Use of Casixno's name and logos in your marketing requires the trademark guidelines we provide separately.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows are announced in advance. Service-level commitments, where applicable, are documented in your Operator Agreement, not on this page.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casixno's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid Casixno in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Casixno for third-party claims arising from your operation of a casino on the platform — including regulatory enforcement, player disputes, and intellectual-property claims related to the brand or content you bring.

Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship in accordance with the Operator Agreement. On termination, we will provide reasonable assistance with player-data export and treasury settlement. Outstanding fees survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your Operator Agreement, or — for users without an executed Operator Agreement — by the laws applicable to the Casixno entity that operates the marketing site.

Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
