Create your first shop.
From your owner account to a shop in Workspace. Follow the step you are on and check the result before moving on.
Before you start
Have access to your registration email. If Workspace displays Open this on a wider screen, use a browser window at least 768 pixels wide.
- Keep your intended shop name and time zone ready.
- Already registered? Sign in rather than creating another account.
1. Create your owner account
Open owner signup. Enter Email, Password and Confirm password, then choose Create account.
- Use at least eight characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, a number and a special character. Follow the form's current hints.
- Enter the same password in both password fields.
- Next: complete email verification. Creating an account does not create a shop.
2. Verify your email
Open the verification email for the address you registered. Follow the code-entry instructions on the product screen.
- Success: you reach Workspace / All shops.
- If the email does not arrive, check the address you entered and your junk or spam folder.
- If the screen offers a resend action, follow its displayed limits. Never share your verification code.
3. Start your first shop
In All shops, find Getting started → Create your first shop and choose Create a shop. Seeing no shops yet is normal for a new owner.
- Success: the creation flow shows Shop → Storefront → Review and create.
- Next: enter your shop details on the Shop step.
4. Name your shop and check its time zone
Enter Shop name. Review Time zone and select the zone you intend your shop to use. Choose Next.
- Check the suggested time zone rather than copying the zone in an example.
- The review screen describes this choice as the shop's daily cutoff.
- Success: you reach Storefront.
5. Choose your storefront presentation
Choose a Storefront style and Colour set, then inspect Storefront preview. Styles include Mixed, Slots first and Live casino first. Use the choices available on your screen, then choose Next.
- The preview helps you compare the look of the available choices.
- Preview games and bonus artwork do not mean those games or offers are enabled.
- Success: you reach Review and create.
6. Review and create
Check the Shop and Storefront summaries: shop name, time zone, style and colour set. Use Edit or Back to correct a choice. When the details are right, choose Create shop.
- Success: Workspace displays your created shop under Your shops.
- If you see an error or are unsure whether creation succeeded, note the exact message and check All shops before submitting again.
7. Read your shop's status
Find your shop by name. A card showing Waiting for approval means it has been created and is awaiting platform approval. Open control room is the continuation action on the card.
- Your created shop is not yet confirmed as available to players.
- A disabled View storefront is not a usable public shop link.
