This signup creates an owner account for managing a shop. It is not a player login, and registering does not create a shop automatically.

Why is my password not accepted?

Use at least eight characters, with uppercase and lowercase letters, a number and a special character. Confirm password must match. Follow any current field message shown by the form.

What if the email code does not arrive?

Check the email address you entered and your junk or spam folder. If a resend action is available, follow the limits shown on the verification screen. Never post your code in a public chat.

Why do I see Open this on a wider screen?

Workspace and the control room require a browser window at least 768 pixels wide. Widen the window and follow the message on screen.

I verified my account. Why are there no shops?

Account verification and shop creation are separate steps. In All shops, find Getting started → Create your first shop and choose Create a shop. If you already submitted a creation request, check All shops and note any error before trying again.

Which time zone should I choose?

Choose the time zone intended for your shop, not the one used in an example. Review the suggested zone and select another if needed. The review screen describes it as the shop's daily cutoff.

Why do the colour choices differ from an example?

Use the colour sets available in your current screen. The available choices can change between product versions.

Does the preview mean the games and bonus are enabled?

No. The preview illustrates appearance. It is not confirmation of game availability or a configured offer.

What does Waiting for approval mean?

Your shop exists and is awaiting platform approval. It is not yet confirmed as available to players.

Why is View storefront disabled?

The action is not available for your shop. A pending approval status alone does not establish why its address is unavailable. Do not guess a shop URL or create a duplicate shop to force one.

Look for the learning area below the shops in All shops. The Knowledge Base also has getting-started guides, articles and playbooks for broader owner education.

What details should I prepare when asking for help?
