How to start an online casino with no money (and what "no money" really means)

No setup or monthly fee does not mean no work. Compare launch models, NGR revenue share, real costs and the terms to check before you start.

The honest answer first

You cannot run a legally operating casino with literally nothing: licensing and compliance have to be addressed, somebody has to hold the player money, pay the big wins and pay for the games. What you can avoid is paying a platform setup or monthly fee yourself. On a revenue-share route, the platform earns a share of the revenue your players generate; what you bring is players and a brand.

Casixno's published pricing starts at $0: no setup fee, no monthly fee and no deposit. That describes the platform's commercial terms, not a licence or a promise that you may operate in every market. This page explains the route, what it still costs you and how to spot a misleading "free" offer.

The three ways to launch, and what each costs

  • Own licence + own or rented software (turnkey). Licence application and capital, platform fees, content fees, payment contracts and compliance staff. Months to launch; you carry the operating responsibilities. First-year costs can run into six figures. Turnkey cost structure.
  • White label with fees. In a white-label arrangement, the provider supplies the platform and the contract defines the licence coverage. You may pay a setup fee plus a share of revenue: budget offers can take 30–50% of GGR, with payment and content fees on top. Read the white-label responsibilities and the cost comparison; those are examples, not a universal fee schedule.
  • Revenue share, $0 setup. With Casixno, there is no setup or monthly fee; you keep 60%, 66% or 72% of the month's NGR, depending on its level. Casixno runs the platform and games, handles deposits and withdrawals, holds the player money and pays the big wins. You build the brand and bring the players. See the exact terms, and check your licensing and market responsibilities separately.

What the $0 route still asks of you

  • Players. The platform does not supply your audience. If you already have one — a Telegram group, a stream, a referral base or a community — that is your starting point. If you do not, your first job is building it.
  • A brand. A name, a logo, a domain and a tone. A domain and any outside design services are separate costs; the identity is yours to develop.
  • Time and promotions. Your work is bringing and keeping players: content, community and the promotions you choose. In-platform promotions reduce NGR. Your own advertising spend is separate and is not deducted from Casixno's NGR calculation.
  • Rules. Your players' locations and applicable law determine where you may operate and market; platform terms determine what you may promise. Platform access does not replace your licensing or compliance responsibilities. "Guaranteed", "risk-free" and "passive income" are not the offer.

How the money works on the $0 route

Casixno's published calculation is:

  • GGR = player bets − player wins.
  • NGR = GGR − in-platform promotions − game-provider fees.
  • Your share = the month's NGR × your level's rate. One rate applies to the whole month, set by that month's NGR.

Casixno covers payment fees. Your own advertising spend is not deducted. Other providers may define NGR differently, so read the deduction list rather than comparing percentages alone.

Worked example (illustrative, matching the pricing page): your players bet $200,000 and win $180,000, so GGR is $20,000. Promotions cost $2,000 and provider fees $1,000, leaving $17,000 NGR. That is Growth (66%): you keep $11,220 and Casixno keeps $5,780.

The current levels are 60% below $10,000 monthly NGR, 66% from $10,000 to below $30,000, and 72% from $30,000 up. A negative month is carried forward against later payouts; it is not billed as cash. Read the full pricing and NGR terms, including negative-month treatment, before projecting income. No setup fee does not guarantee earnings.

Step by step

  1. Choose the model by what you have. A licence and capital may point to turnkey; an audience and limited upfront capital may point to revenue share. Check the licence and market requirements for either route.
  2. Create the account and name the site. Casixno's account creation is self-serve, with no setup fee or deposit. An account is not permission to open in a particular jurisdiction.
  3. Build the brand. Logo, colours, domain and welcome text. Check the game lobby and the customer journey before bringing in players.
  4. Plan your first promotions within the rules. Keep the terms simple and clear. Know which promotion costs reduce NGR and what you must fund separately.
  5. Work toward your first 100 players. Start with the audience you can reach. Read play, NGR and your share in the console; a player count is a working goal, not an earnings forecast.
  6. Reinvest deliberately. Compare your promotion and content costs with the resulting NGR. Your level follows the month's NGR, not the amount you spend on marketing.

How to tell a real $0 offer from a misleading one

Look for: no setup fee and no monthly fee stated in writing; the revenue-share base and deductions on a public page; who holds the player money and pays wins; and whether you must advance any funds. Confirm licence coverage and permitted markets separately.

Question: "free" with an undisclosed minimum monthly fee, a deposit or reserve you must fund; a GGR percentage that conceals later bonus charges; "guaranteed income"; or no clear answer to who pays a jackpot. A fee is not itself proof of a scam — hidden or misrepresented terms are the problem.

Before signing, ask: setup fee? monthly fee? NGR or GGR, and which deductions? who pays payouts and payment fees? what happens in a negative month? what can I take with me if I leave? Compare white-label responsibilities.

FAQ

  • Casixno charges no setup fee, monthly fee or deposit. You still invest time and cover the outside marketing and brand costs you choose; licensing and compliance responsibilities do not disappear.
  • Requirements depend on the licence, jurisdiction and provider's onboarding. Casixno's account creation is self-serve, but that does not determine your legal obligations.
  • Your share is 60%, 66% or 72% of monthly NGR. NGR depends on player bets, wins, in-platform promotions and game-provider fees; the percentage is not guaranteed income. See the pricing page for the levels and negative-month treatment.
  • That depends on the relevant jurisdiction, licence coverage, your activities and the platform's terms. No page or platform sign-up can promise legality for you.
  • Site configuration can take days; permission to operate and finding players are separate. A setup timeline is not a guaranteed opening date or income forecast.
